Shipping & Returns
There are two shipping options available; Parcel Post with a flat rate of $8.95 or Express shipping for a flat rate of $11.95. Shipping options will appear at checkout.
All international orders are sent via Australia Post. Shipping charges will be applied at checkout according to your region and do not include duties or taxes that may be applied by customs at the destination country.
Please allow two business days for your order to be dispatched and tracking number supplied.
If you are not perfectly satisfied with your order, Barney & Jacq will supply a credit note or refund up to seven days after goods are received.
To lodge a return request, please email hello@barneyandjacq.com with the subject line ONLINE RETURNS.
If you would like to exchange your purchase for a different size please use the subject line ONLINE EXCHANGE. Please note goods cannot be sent out before original orders are received back.
Please note for a full refund or credit note garments must be in original condition, unworn and unwashed with tags still attached.
Barney & Jacq is not liable for the loss of returned goods, and shipping costs will be incurred by the customer unless item is deemed faulty or incorrect.
